Infants (6 weeks — 18 months)
Parent partnerships begin in our low child to caregiver ratio infant room Our dedicated caregiver partners with mom and dad to create an individualized care plan for each child. We promise a secure, nurturing and age-appropriate environment. We understand that early care and education go hand in hand — so smiles, songs, and snuggles are considered to be just as important as diaper changes and feeding. As our babies grow they are introduced to varied activities and materials that support their physical, social, and cognitive growth.

Toddlers (18 months — 36 months)
When our infants are strong on their feet, they are ready to move to our toddler classroom. We understand that curious, independent toddlers are growing rapidly and need a safe environment. Our toddlers therefore begin to participate in structured activities that are designed to encourage the development of their fine and gross motor skills, listening, speaking skills, and early literacy skills. We maintain a small child to staff ratio for our toddlers. Small group sizes are essential in meeting the needs of active toddlers.

Pre-school (3 — 4 years)
Pre-school children at Adventure Academy enjoy the creative curriculum we use. The children learn through a variety of stimulating, hands-on experiences, all designed to support their development and growth.
Pre-schoolers enjoy child-centered activities in math, science, pre-reading, pre-writing, computers, and art. Every day includes circle time with songs, music, group discussions, and thematic content.
Interest areas are structured to offer opportunities for both quiet and active play, while promoting cooperation between children, and allowing them to organize their time. Our teachers encourage children to use their imagination and to make their own decisions.

Pre-Kindergarten (4 — 5 years)
Pre-Kindergarteners at Adventure Academy enjoy the creative curriculum as well. They learn through a variety of stimulating, hands-on experiences, designed to advance their development and prepare them for kindergarten. Our Pre-K program goals are aligned with Ohio State learning standards, ensuring that the curriculum builds the skills that children need for future academic success. Pre-Kindergarteners enjoy child-centered activities in math, science, pre-reading, writing, art, computers, and Spanish.
As with all our classrooms our pre-k class maintains low ratios. In addition, teachers send home a daily report each day. Summarizing what they did that day at Adventure Academy. Twice a year educational assessments are completed and parent-teacher conferences are held.

This program allows children to enjoy creative learning experiences in a safe, supervised setting. We provide transportation to select schools.

When elementary schools are closed for holidays or conferences, our program provides a safe, supervised environment for your children to enjoy games, crafts, computers, and other creative learning activities.

Summer Program (6 – 12 years)
Our summer days are filled with activities to keep active minds and bodies busy. Field trips, swim days, and theme days fill the schedule.
